sometimes both, sometimes clearing the data on desktop works but not on mobile and vice versa

sometimes when i build sheimpnet the frontend has a nelle moment and infinitely loads

sometimes all it takes is clearing the site data, sometimes all it takes is rebuilding shrimpnet, sometimes it takes rebuilding shrimpnet with/without aot,

i have never been able to figure out exactly why it happens
