today i found out that my jellyfin instance was prompting every not logged in user (if they stumbled upon my instance) with the admin account setup wizard and given the ability to manage the library.......
and the reason? this setting in the config file that i wouldnt even realize was a config file /etc/jellyfin/system.xml<IsStartupWizardCompleted>false</IsStartupWizardCompleted>
