@aperture@julia i dunno how people can skip meals like that like I'm a 3 meals a day kinda person maybe i can skip one if like i sleep in a lot or something
my body doesnt really do a good job of telling me to eat when i need to and only does when it gets really bad (its been getting better at this lately) and because im always focused on something, if i dont get constant reminders i just simply wont do it.
often why i only eat one meal during workdays is because i wake up, roll out of bed, and head to work.
i am eating at least one more meal a day during workdays because i get more consistent reminders but, yeag
