@nellePoint minecraft is decently gpu intensive i have tested my new gpu in the sims 2 before

@charlotte i mean its not necessarily that gpu intensive in a vanilla state, its much more of a cpu hitting game, it has changed over the years but a really lowend gpu can still handle minecraft just fine

shaders on the other hand

@nellePoint we have hit gpu bottlenecks on our laptop before, without shaders, whereas the sims 2 runs on there like a charm

i think if i ever get another gpu i would probably test it with ship of harkinian which runs just fine on the slowest gpu device we have because it’s a game released in fucking 1998
