PrismForge (A minecraft mod launcher) has a kinda hilarious response to no-external-downloads mods.

See it can load modpacks from curseforge, but the individual mod files are sometimes marked as no-external-downloads, so it can't automatically download them.

so instead it gives you a list of all the URLs to download, and says "go download these"
