dear followers who make stovetop mac & cheese, like the classic boxed mac & cheese, do you follow the directions?
cuz like my housemate follows the directions almost religiously, but i was raised on "ehhh, little bit of this, little bit of that"
and like I've always had butter or margarine in a tub so it's never a measured amount.
