@julia @Nova from a non-rust user perspective, and especially the perspective of somebody not super into coding, i can see it.

rust syntax just looks a bit more abstract and confusing than a lot of other languages

@nellePoint @julia @Nova rust isn't so bad but to this day the only programming syntax that really clicks with me is python. i'm not a big fan of c-likes and i am withholding judgement on lisps, but at some point i wanna do a big review of all the languages i can find and see what else is out there, because "a lot of other languages" are quite inscrutable to me
