from here on out building my site with the idea in mind that most people use javascript, those who specifically turn it off are generally doing it for dumb paranoia reasons and also in an extreme minority so like i dont care

my website will largely function without js, but for things like mobile i think its a bit more sensible to make this assumption of js being on
