knowing not enough japanese to watch without subs but just enough to know that they are not that accurate is a weird experience

like yeah theyll be saying a complex sentence and ill pick up words, or theyll say something i mostly understand and the subtitles just say something similar but completely different in meaning

I mean, most times I can see why they might have done that... but I will still be annoyed
